Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc. (OHI), in partnership with the Head Start development program of O.C.E.A.N., Inc., has announced that the OHI mobile medical unit will be visiting several local Head Start program sites March 29 through April 5, 2017, to conduct dental exams, specifically for the children in Head Start programs. Rachelle’s ongoing photographic essay, Speaking Out: Queer Youth in Focus have been published in magazines such as The Advocate, School Library Journal, Warszawski Festiwal Fotografti Artystycznej, HRC’s Equality and showcased by the Equality Forum, the Human Rights Campaign, National Public Radio, Public Television, and the U.S. Department of Education.
