“O Night Divine” Dawn of Love’s Pure Light

Emmanuel Community Church in Bayville is gearing up for their Christmas Season. They will present their Christmas production-“O Night Divine” Dawn of Love’s Pure Light on Friday Dec. 9th at 7:00 pm and then again on Sunday Dec. 11th at 10:00 am. Girl Scouts Announce “Phenomenal Women Under 40” Honorees

Ten outstanding young professionals have been named inaugural recipients of the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore’s award for Phenomenal Women Under 40. The award, better known as the Phenom Award, honors emerging, young, female leaders under the age of 40 from Monmouth and Ocean counties. It not only recognizes young, professional women for who they are, but also for the potential for what they might achieve in their futures. Kean University Student from Ocean County Overcomes Adversity to Receive Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry

Daniel J. Colangelo, a 44-year-old from Bayville, is a husband, a father, an Air Force veteran and a Kean class of 2016 graduating senior who received a Bachelor of Science degree in analytical chemistry this May. For Colangelo, the road has not been easy. However, a chain of disasters that would have left many defeated became stepping stones to victory for him. For years Ocean County Library has provided the community with books and reference services.

Now you can come to the library to explore your creative side.

Many library branches will help you channel their creative side by taking part, along with over 100 libraries, businesses and community groups, in the second annual NJ Makers Day on Friday, March 18 and Saturday, March 19.

Family Fun Fair Returns to Berkeley Library

What is the truth that lies behind the story of Jesus’s resurrection? The film Risen invites viewers to uncover the truth while witnessing the manhunt that changed the course of human history.

Starting Sunday February 21st , 10:00 am, EMMANUEL COMMUNITY CHURCH is hosting a five-week sermon series based on the movie to help people dig deeper into the topics of Risen. The series is designed to take people on a journey to find deeper faith, or perhaps discover faith for the first time.
