AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN
Sensitivity Super Powers is an enrichment program for high-functioning Autistic children, ages 5-12 years old, created to align sensory sensitive kids with their “super powers” and become the hero of their own story. This program focuses on each child’s unique abilities and fosters empowerment, confidence, and compassion. Children will be exposed to art, music, yoga, and animal, laughter, and play therapy. The Ocean County Library is seeking donations of gently used prom dresses beginning March 1 for their eighth annual Prom Dress Giveaway.
Donations can include gently used, modern dresses in both long and short styles, in a wide range of sizes. The library is not receiving donations of bridesmaid dresses, shoes, or jewelry.
