Research shows that the foods one eats play a powerful role in preventing and promoting ones risk for developing breast cancer. As October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, join Instructor of Health Sciences AnthonyDissen, MA, RDN at Stockton at Manahawkin for an informative lecture on the topics of food and the risk of breast cancer. This workshop will provide information on how to emphasize foods that can be found in any grocery store in one’s daily diet and reduce the risk for breast cancer, the #1 most common type of cancer in women.
