Positive Changes in Healthcare for New Jersey

Sal Cannizzaro, CEO of Immediate Care Walk-In Management LLC and Dr. Daniel Reizis, owner/operator of Advanced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation will host a ribbon-cutting celebration May 17 from 5-8pm at their new combined facility at 561 US Hwy. 1 South, Unit E4 in Wick Shopping Plaza. This is the first center in Middlesex County for both practices. The celebration will be attended by Edison Mayor Thomas Lankey and State Senator Patrick J. Diegen and will include a facility tour and refreshments. Sponsors Michael Duru, Lee Neves, Patrizias Restaurant, Industry Magazine and other businesses from the shopping plaza will also be in attendance as well as a featuring of exotic cars from the Penske Motor Group (Ferrari, Maserati and Bentley of Edison).

“Our two practices share a commitment to affordable, high-quality patient care in a friendly and accommodating environment so this collaboration made perfect sense” said Cannizzaro and Reizis in a joint statement.  “We are very pleased to have found a convenient and accessible location in Edison for patients.”
Managing Director of Advanced PMR, Harris Hafeez says, “We live in a land of convenience. Our goal is to provide as many healthcare services as possible under one roof. We understand time is valuable. Joining with Immediate Care grants Advanced PMR the accessibility to medical doctors, x-ray technicians, physician assistants and the list goes on.”
Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of Edison and Advanced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation opened their joint facility earlier this year providing urgent care treatment along with physical and occupational therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, sports medicine and work-related injuries. They work in unison to ensure you receive the finest in healthcare and focus on your goals and custom tailor programs that best fits your lifestyle.
Acupuncturist Josh Solomon is a Nationally Certified Diplomate of Acupuncture (NCCAOM) and Licensed Acupuncturist based out of the Edison office. He says, “I love the friendly environment and the positive, high energy people I work with. That positive energy spills into the treatments, creating a real sense of community with our patients. It feels good to walk in there everyday. The facilities are new and top notch, the people are warm and friendly and the decor is modern. The acupuncture space has been designed by Dr. Dan to be a serene environment. It’s more spa like than clinical. I put on soothing music, dim the lights, and help people heal, mind and body.”
Immediate Care currently has six other urgent care locations in Toms River, Hazlet, Lacey, Red Bank, East Windsor and most recently Brick. Two additional centers will be opening later this year in Morganville and Marlboro for a total of nine centers throughout Central and South Jersey. Committed to providing convenient and affordable medical services, Immediate Care offers walk-in treatment for non-life-threatening illness and injury.
